QUACK CHAT  The Daisy Ducks have made the final payment on the $150,000 Scholarship Endowment for an athlete from the state of Oregon who participates in soccer, volleyball, softball, golf, tennis, track or cross country. Bingo sales have primarily funded this endowment and the Board intends to add to the endowment from the future Bingo sales at the Mens Basketball games.
